How a job runs
From the file you send to the parts on your bench

You send the files
A STEP or IGES model is enough to start. Send a 2D drawing as well if the part has critical dimensions, GD&T callouts, or a surface finish that matters. If you only have a sketch, send that. We would rather see it early than quote the wrong thing.

We review it before quoting
Someone looks at the part properly rather than running it through a price calculator. If a feature is going to be expensive to hold, or a tolerance is tighter than the function needs, or a material choice will fight the process, you hear about it in the quote rather than after the first article.

You get a quote, often within 30 minutes
Straightforward parts come back fast. Complex assemblies and anything needing a tooling decision take longer, and we will tell you which one yours is instead of leaving you waiting.

Production
Parts are produced in ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 certified facilities, under compliant quality management systems that exceed industry standards.

Inspection and documentation
Parts are verified against your drawing before they ship. Material certificates, dimensional inspection reports, and certificates of conformance are available on request, and further traceability documentation can be arranged if your quality system needs it. What to send for an accurate quote
The more of this we have up front, the closer the first number is to the final one
A 3D model
STEP or IGES preferred. Native CAD files usually work too.
A 2D drawing, if anything is critical
Needed whenever there are tolerances, GD&T, surface finish callouts, or thread specifications that have to be held.
Quantity, or a range
Say if you expect a repeat order. Quoting five pieces knowing fifty are coming produces a different and usually better answer.
Material and finish
Including anodizing, plating, passivation, or powder coat. Tell us if a substitute is acceptable, because it often shortens lead time.
The date you actually need it
A real date, not a comfortable one. It changes how the job is planned.
What the part has to do
Optional and genuinely useful. Knowing which surface seals or which bore locates lets us protect what matters and relax what does not.
